As a result of vemetra providing online registration services to you, we may have collected some or all of the following Information from you: your and your employer’s name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address(es), citizenship, passport number, credit card number(s) and other travel preferences or contact details.

How do we use this information?

We use this Information for the purpose of providing and improving online registration services; responding to your requests for products, services or information; better understanding your needs and informing you of new products or services.

Our use and disclosure of your information for required purposes

vemetra only uses and discloses Information to third parties when it is required to complete a travel transaction. For example, your name, credit card information and travel preferences or other information may be provided to an airline, hotel or other supplier in order to complete an individual or group reservation. vemetra does not sell or otherwise provide your Information to anyone for any other purpose.

Limiting our use and disclosure of your Information

If you prefer that we do not use or disclose your Information for any or all of these purposes, you may notify us of such at any time by contacting us as indicated below. If you do not notify us, we will consider you to have consented to our continued use and disclosure of your Information for these purposes. A notification that we not use or disclose your Information for certain of these purposes may affect our ability to provide you with products and services.
